On the 22nd of November SiGMA (Summit of iGaming, Malta), the biggest i-gaming exhibit in the world opened its doors for affiliates, operators, regulators, and visitors.
The annual All in Translations football tournament was also held alongside it and as a leading iGaming affiliate company, we had the privilege to participate and see what all the fuss was about!
This was the fourth annual event and from last year’s exhibit, you could clearly see some big changes. We talked to some of the exhibitors who mentioned how the booths at the event just went from big to even bigger.
Some of the brands we promote had creatively built-up booths with good food, games, and drinks to offer us when we came by to visit and to show off their products. There were some really amazing displays, Leo Vegas, for example, had creative jungle theme with two story levels with a DJ playing tunes all afternoon.
Upcoming social casino Letsbet later drove some of the visitors to an event at Hugo’s Terrace in a stylishly designed limousine bus where they revealed more about their upcoming casino and what we can expect when it launches.
The networking event was hosted by payment provider HiPay and was a great opportunity to meet more of the operators and people working in the industry with amazing finger food and drinks before heading off to Leo Vegas jungle themed rooftop party!
Sigma Football Tournament
Every Wednesday a group of colleagues dust off their football boots to resurrect some long-lost skills and tactics. The tempo is low, but the score is high, and the initiative is much appreciated by the self-proclaimed Messi’s and Ronaldo’s at the company.
At the Sigma Cup the Raketech team (RakeTekkers) got the chance to test themselves against other companies in the gaming industry. With one loss, two wins and a great effort, the team were able to keep their heads-up when returning to the office.
RakeTekkers – Enteractive: 0-5 (ouch!)
RakeTekkers – FortyTwo: 4-2
RakeTekkers – Bethard: 3-1
