The automatic data we collect is in the form of Cookies generated from using our services and includes:

How do we use this information? 

We only use personal data for reasons that are related to our business operation and will always respect your privacy. We collect information when you use our services to help conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, such as to improve our products, content, services and execute web analytics.

Who will we share this data with, where and when?

We work with third parties to provide a service and the companies may need to access personal data to process it on our behalf. Raketech follows measures to protect your best interests when transferring information outside of the EU, only working companies with a good reputation and appropriate Privacy Shield accreditation. The EU Commission approves the transfer of information outside the EEA to an entity that has a Privacy Shield certification.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy. Mountain View, CA 94043) to help us understand how users use our services.

Our corporate news distribution and subscription lists are managed by Cision Sverige AB (Linnégatan 87, 115 23 Stockholm, Sweden).

Our email marketing tool is provided by AWeber Systems (1100 Manor Dr, Chalfont, PA 18914, USA). AWeber is Privacy Shield certified.

We sometimes provide push notifications that are supplied by OneSignal (2194 Esperanca Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95054 USA).

We will share your personal data if we believe that we are required to disclose to comply with any applicable laws, a court or regulatory order, or any other statutory legal requirement. We will never sell, trade, or transfer personal information to third party companies, without receiving prior consent outside of the parties mentioned above.

Press Releases and Reports

We distribute press releases and corporate reports to anyone who signs-up for this service. Our direct marketing database is managed by Cision and we do not store any personal contact information for communication purposes. You can opt-out of receiving emails by selecting the unsubscribe option within our emails, or by contacting us at press@raketech.com.

Direct Communication

We send newsletters and promotional content to our users who have supplied us with an email address, confirmed they are over the age of 18 and double opted-in to receive emails.

We sometimes use tracking methods to establish if our emails have been received or opened and this helps us asses the relevance of our messaging. We take steps to limit communication to a reasonable level, only sending messages of interest and relevant to you, based on the information we have.

You can opt-out of emails or direct marketing at any time. You can do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, or by contacting us using the details below.

Online Communities

When creating A user profile, we ask for certain personal information to ­­create user profiles for individuals accessing our community services. When creating user profile, we ask for a username, password, name and email address.

We only collect information that is necessary, so that we can identify users who provide user-generated content and ensure their content can be attributed to their account. Every new account is always double verified via the email address provided. All personal information collected is treated confidentially and will never be shared with third parties. You can request to have your account deleted by contacting the email address below.

Social Media

If you contact us via one of our social media accounts, we might keep a record of your display name.  We use this to communicate with you and keep an accurate record of our discussion. We might also analyze public information posted on social media sites to help us better understand how our users interact with and discuss our services.

What rights do I have?

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data and explanation on how we process it. You may inform us of any changes in your personal data, and in accordance with our obligations under the GDPR, we will ensure the data is correct, delete or stop processing (in particular, where our legitimate interest to store personal data has no legal basis or where we are using the data for direct marketing).

How long do we retain data?

We will not hold personal data for any longer than is necessary to operate our services or until we receive a request to delete data. We will review our databases on a periodic basis, and delete data that is outdated, inaccurate, or no longer necessary.

We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed to help prevent unauthorised access, to maintain data security, and to use correctly the personal data we collect online.

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of personal data, we cannot assure you that your personal data will never be disclosed, altered or destroyed in a manner that is inconsistent with this privacy notice.
