och content marketing, vill med anledning av rapportering och felaktiga
slutsatser i media angående Googles beslut att tillåta reklam från spelbolag i
Sverige göra följande förtydliganden.
Den 12 mars 2019 meddelades att Raketechs ledande sportplattform TVmatchen.nu
(https://www.tvmatchen.nu/) skulle bli officiell partner till Djurgårdens IF
Fotbollsklubb. Svensk Elitfotboll (SEF) har nu meddelat Djurgården att avtalet
inte är giltigt med hänvisning till SEF:s ingånga sponsoravtal med Svenska Spel.
Därmed kan partnerskapet inte fullföljas.
On March 12 2019, Raketech announced that its leading sports media platform
Tvmatchen.nu (https://www.tvmatchen.nu/) would become an official partner of
Stockholm based football club Djurgårdens IF. The Swedish Elite Football
Association (SEF) has informed Djurgården that the contract is not valid, with
reference to SEF’s existing sponsorship agreement with Svenska Spel. The
partnership has therefore been cancelled.
Raketech’s leading sports media platform TVmatchen.nu (http://www.tvmatchen.nu/)
becomes an official partner of the top flight Stockholm based football club
Djurgårdens IF. As part of the sponsorship, TVmatchen.nu will have its logo on
the players’ shirts during the upcoming season.
Raketechs ledande sportplattform TVmatchen.nu (https://www.tvmatchen.nu/) blir
officiell partner till Djurgårdens IF Fotbollsklubb. Avtalet innefattar bland
annat att TVmatchen.nu kommer ha sin logga på spelarnas tröjor under kommande
säsong.
As a final step in optimising its capital structure post-IPO, Raketech has
repaid the outstanding debt of EUR 7.7 million from its previous loan facility.
As a result of the payment, Raketech decreases its financial expenses by
approximately EUR 0.2 million per quarter.
Som ett sista led i att optimera sin kapitalstruktur efter börsnoteringen har
Raketech återbetalat återstående 7,7 miljoner euro av lånet inom ramen för sin
tidigare lånefacilitet. Genom återbetalningen sänker Raketech sin lånekostnad
med cirka 0.2 miljoner euro per kvartal.

fortsätter att optimera sin kapitalstruktur och har idag ingått avtal med
Swedbank för en revolverande kreditfacilitet på 10 miljoner euro. Med den nya
faciliteten får Raketech en gynnsam bankfinansiering och en långsiktig partner
för framtida förvärv, i enlighet med de ambitioner som presenterades i samband
med börsnoteringen.
