joined forces with pioneering payments company Trustly to provide a new way for

Raketech, en ledande aktör inom inom onlineaffiliatetjänster och content
marketing, kommer att publicera sin delårsrapport för det tredje kvartalet 2018
den 22 november klockan 8.00 CET. Klockan 9.00 CET samma dag kommer rapporten
att presenteras i en telefonkonferens och audiocast av vd Michael Holmberg och
CFO Andreas Kovacs. Presentationen hålls på engelska och följs av en
frågesession.
Raketech, a leading online affiliate and content marketing company, will publish
its Q3 2018 interim report at 08.00 CET on 22 November. At 09.00 CET on the same
day, the report will be presented in a conference call and audiocast by CEO
Michael Holmberg and CFO Andreas Kovacs. The presentation will be followed by a
Q&A session.
Following the decision of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Raketech has
appointed a principal nomination committee ahead of the next Annual General
Meeting in May 2019. The nomination committee includes representatives from the
largest shareholders and the Chairman of the Board.
I enlighet med senaste årsstämmans beslut har valberedningen inför Raketechs
årsstämma i maj 2019 utsetts. Valberedningen består av representanter från de
största aktieägarna samt styrelsens ordförande.
Raketech utökar sin närvaro i Norden genom lanseringen av det nya
sportsbettingforumet Urheiluveikkaus.com – en plattform dedikerad till att
leverera högkvalitativt bettinginnehåll och experttips på den finska marknaden.
Raketech has extended its reach in the Nordics with the launch of sports betting
community Urheiluveikkaus.com – a platform dedicated to providing high-quality
sports betting content and expert betting tips to the Finnish market.
With the intention to optimise its capital structure, Raketech has today repaid
EUR 15.5 million of the current loan under its current credit facility. As a
result of the payment, Raketech will decrease its financial expense attributable
to borrowing with EUR 0.5 million approx. per quarter.
Som ett led i att optimera sin kapitalstruktur har Raketech idag återbetalat
15.5 miljoner euro av befintligt lån inom ramen för befintlig lånefacilitet.
Genom återbetalningen sänker Raketech sin lånekostnad med cirka 0.5 miljoner
euro per kvartal.
